VCIIP Community Gathered for the Traditional Neighbours’ Day

On June 4, 2025, the Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park (VCIIP) hosted its third annual Neighbours’ Day — a growing tradition initiated by the park’s operator, Northtown Vilnius, to foster a stronger sense of community and encourage collaboration among innovation-driven companies based in the park.
This year, the gathering was graciously hosted by JSC Poliprojektas, a company specializing in advanced fire safety engineering solutions. The Poliprojektas team offered participants an inside look into their operations, highlighting key principles of fire prevention and safety both at work and at home. Attendees had the chance to see how smart sprinkler fire suppression systems function in practice, while also enjoying friendly team games, good food, and lively conversations.
“We’re pleased to see growing engagement from our community each year. These gatherings play a vital role in building closer ties between companies based at VCIIP and in discovering common ground for future collaboration,” said Dr. Gediminas Pauliukevičius, CEO of Northtown Vilnius. He also noted how naturally conversations now begin to flow among neighbours, leading to spontaneous visits and new ideas for joint initiatives.
In 2026, Neighbours’ Day will be hosted by JSC Biotecha – a leading biotechnology company with extensive experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, industrial, and food & beverage equipment solutions.
In 2024, the event took place at The British School of Vilnius campus, also located within VCIIP.
Currently, 23 innovative companies are either operating or setting up at the Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park. Among them, 11 are focused on life sciences, including JSC Biogami, JSC Biotecha, JSC BioProcess Solutions, JSC CMB Medicina, JSC Domus Naturae, JSC Experimentica, JSC Gensinta, JSC Imunodiagnostika, JSC Stem Cell Research Center, JSC Pentasweet, and JSC Sanobiotec.
