Project: “Construction of scientific building with accompanying infrastructure”

Project value: EUR 10,000,970.31 excluding VAT: financing with Invega loan funds – EUR 9,500,121.79, the rest of the project is financed with the funds of VCIIP Operator – VšĮ Northtown Vilnius.

Implementation period of project activities: March 2023. – in 2024 in November

Main activities of the project:

• During the implementation of the project, it is planned to build a specialized 4400 sq.m. scientific purpose building, adapted for scientific, research and applied activities. Most of the building’s area will be occupied by specialized life sciences laboratories, and office premises will be established in the other part of the building.
• At least 70 (seventy) percent of the total area of the building financed by the Loan is planned to be leased and/or sold to Investors who carry out manufacturing and/or biotechnology research and application activities in the building (only medical (red) biotechnology), as determined in 2006 December 20 Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and Council No. 1893/2006 establishing the statistical classification of types of economic activity NACE 2 rev. and amending Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3037/90 and certain EC regulations on specific areas of statistics, with all changes in Annex 1 NACE Rev. 2. in Section C and Section M in Class 72.11.
