Development trends of industrial parks in Finland and Lithuania were discussed at Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park

The partners of the BALTIC SEA UNDERGROUND INNOVATION NETWORK (BSUIN) project from the Nivala Regional Development Agency NIHAK, Nivala Industrial Park and the University of Oulu visited Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park.

During the visit guests were introduced to the activities of Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park, exchanged good practices in creating technology and industrial parks, talked about the needs of investors and investment attraction, infrastructure adaptation, state support for technology parks, clustering and cooperation of park-based companies.

“What you have managed to achieve in just a year is an impressive result. We are very interested in your experience, especially in terms of attracting foreign investors, ”said representatives from Nivala Industrial Park during the meeting.
